I am having this issue too! I am 100% eligible and have played the game lots before 1 Nov. I have the club member kits etc so am definitely a club member.

Logged into both Web App and console and can't see the Hey Jude Evolution. The Les Bleus evolution appeared this morning but not the Jude. Can this please be looked at?
