Didn't get my UCL challenge league phase rewards

Hello I won the UCL challenge league phase and almost a week ago and I still didn't get the rewards in my sony I got a different email account but my ea account on this email I sent a mail to ea a few times and they still&nbsp; didn't give my a answer about that

I’m sure I seen it say that the next phase of the UCL tournament on 15/02/25 but I could be wrong&nbsp;
