Disconnected from Champions game

I had a problem this weekend in champs where I won the game 7-5 at full time and when the game had finished it said that I had lost connection to the EA Severs. When I went back into ultimate team it registered as a loss which in the end cost me from getting a different rank. Wondering if I can have any compensation for this. Ea account name = CoyFool873
