Disconnection

Hi. I played a rivals game today was winning 8-3 and in the 83rd minute the game froze and I got disconnected from the game. I didn’t get any internet connection error messages pop up on any of my devices and it led me to lose my rivals game and place in div 2. This has happened multiple times and has lost me many rivals points and positions.
