Division Rivals Wins Not Counted – Progress and Rewards Affected (PS5)

Hello,

 

I’m experiencing an issue in Division Rivals on PS5 where three of my wins were not counted.

 

  • Platform / ID: PlayStation 5, PSN ID: Art180502
  • Date / Time: Started playing around 23:50, and at 00:48 one of the wins was not counted
  • Time zone: GMT+3 (Europe/Kyiv)
  • Country: Ukraine

 

 

Because of this bug, my weekly progression and rewards are directly impacted. Support confirmed the issue but said no compensation is available and advised me to post here for the studio to investigate.

 

I kindly ask the studio team to review this case and ensure fair compensation for the lost wins and rewards. This bug is very disappointing as it punishes players for something outside of our control.

    Hello art80502​ ,

    Unfortunately, there has never been any compensation planned when wins don't count. Specially when there are not many reports of this issue.

    Do you remember receiving an error message at any point in the match? If yes, what was the message?

    Can you have a look at your match history with the help of this EA connection tool and share the results here?
