does EA even look at this forum? why is nothing ever fixed or addressed?

i wish EA wasn't such a corrupt company. literally no support team for the handful of issues all of us face. 

HOW DO I REPORT CHEATERS ON PC? 
WHY HASNT THERE BEEN ANY BALANCING TO EVERYONE RUNNNING ONE **bleep**ING FORMATION?
WHY IS GAMEPLAY CONSTANTLY INCONSISTENT WITH AI?

Lastly, why does EA abandon their consumers? **bleep**ing hate this company and feel ashamed I gave them any money at all. its so frustrating.
