does EA have any support with real persons?

why in every support place from EA im talking with chat bots?

 there is any support site or app where i can talk and expose my issues talking with a real person?

 i feel im talking to no one. the chat bots in EA help are complete idiots that barely understand what im talking about

i need to talk with real support from EA. is that possible? how a company with a mooney profit so huge that isnt able listen is costumers?
