don't have access to the transfer market after 6 months in FC25

Hello, I bought the game FIFA 2025 in 2024 PC version on Steam, but I still don't have access to the transfer market. I launch the game using Steam. But previously, 5 years ago I used an EA launcher for FIFA 2018.

I don't know what is wrong, please help
