Oh didnt see a requirement like that , when they unbanned (hoping that) surely will start with higher requirements but now i know that on Dybala this must be the first one. Think if you did all the other requiriments, just go for the gold, follow each 89 card you see and follow them so you could find some for less if you bidding for them, you got a few days for catching them
