I have active xbox game pass ultimate on my xbox.m and everytime i try to load into an online game mode in eafc 25 it says “checking account status” and kicks me out the mode. Several people are having this exact problem and there is no fix. Can you please get to this problem and fix it
I’m having the exact same issue. I try to start any online game and a “checking account status” message appears then returns me back to the previous menu to select a game. Squad battles works but nothing works for online games. Have logged out and in and uninstalled and reinstalled the game but still not able to play online.
Hi there. Someone posted the below in another post and it worked for me so hopefully will work for others.
1. Go to the Services & Subscriptions page of your account: https://account.microsoft.com/services
2. Select Manage next to the subscription.
3. Under Recurring billing, if it is off, turn it on and then off. If it is on, turn it off and on again, this step is essential that will fix this bug.
4. Turn your console off and on, try playing again.
