EAFC Welcome Back Packs Missing
I logged onto the web app expecting to have welcome back packs due to playing the whole of last year and found none. Is there a reason for this, anyone else with the same problem?
Hey there,
Your account must be in good standing in order to receive the returning user rewards. If you have any previous sanction in EASFC 24, including the Transfer Market ban, etc., you will not receive those rewards.

SpoilerTo qualify for returning user rewards, you need to have logged into EA SPORTS FC™ 24 more than once by July 31, 2024.
If you qualify and your account is in good standing, your rewards will appear in your Web and Companion Apps on September 18, 2024.
