EAFC Welcome Back Packs Missing

I have not recieved my welcome back packs on fc25 web app, i checked this morning and i saw no packs but my brother seem to have gotten them.

I have an account for fc24 and fc25 ?? how can i recieve my packs??

I have logged onto my fc25 web app and i found that i have no welcome back packs. i have played in fc24 but have not gotten any packs but my brother has?? why not and how can i get the welcome back packs like everyone else??

Hello i am a Fifa/fc player since 2019 I bought the game every year and i got the welcome pack every year but this year today when i opened the web app i didnt get the welcome pack and also my transfer market was locked like it was my first time opening a ea account….

I dient het my welcome back packs for fc25 and i have played it on fc24 and others so when do i get my packs
