I have linked EA to my twitch account. And I didn’t had any rewards in game. But I do did claim all the rewards in twitch itself.
same thing happened 2 weeks ago with the knockout stages. No rewards and claimed on twitch…. I have screenshots to prove it.
I watched the whole thing, all the games! Claimed on twitch and nothing in game!

If you have never received the Twitch linking rewards, then try unlinking and linking your EA and Twitch accounts, so that next time you won't miss these rewards. It worked for me in the past. Since then, I have never missed these rewards.
In objectives section there is FC Pro - Twitch objective, see if it is completed or not on your account. Use this link check if you miss any of the linking step - help.ea.com/en/help/account/link-your-ea-account-to-twitch/
