Error Ban

On 13the of april i receive a ban. After i will explain the reason. I open a ticket and the security team didnt remove the ban. After that I open 3-4 tickets but EA generatesi a automatic mail. Don’t answer with bot. Check with real people. It is a form of respect for myself that I spent 20-25k euros for this game. You didn’t control my account in the last appeal. So i tell that EA must control really my account because i have never bought coins and I spent 20k-25k euros in this game. I have never used program, bot, cheat, never bought coins or sold coins. I have a lots of different devices logged because i work in different hospitals (sesto fiorentino, Livorno, Cecina, Piombino, Roma) and i log in in different computer. I don’t know if there is VPN in Hospital. I'll try to explain again. There must be a BIG mistake because I've been accused of distributing credits or buying credits. It's absolutely a mistake. I've spent thousands of euros in FC points (from 20,000 to 25,000 euros to be precise). I've never purchased or distributed credits. I ask you to look at FC points purchase history and purchase/sale history on the market as soon as possible. I had saved 17 million credits for Ronaldo immortala 96. Not finding him on the market I switched to others. This past weekend (Friday, Saturday and Sunday) I unpacked about €1300. I bought Pelé immortals 97 for 10 million at 2-3:00 pm and shortly after (after about 5-6 hours) I resold him for 9.7 million because he wasn't for me. I also bought Maldini immortala 94 and sold VVD 95. Then I put the cards I found in the packs on the market (a lots of cards). Please check EVERYTHING! After spending 20,000-25,000 euros in this game, why should I risk a ban? It would be crazy. This is a big mistake. Please check all.
