Error en ultimate team , evoluciones

Yesterday, Sunday, on my FC 25 account at around 12:30 a.m. in the Ultimate Team section of my club and evolutions, there was an error where an evolution card (we are now in Kansas) worth 200,000 coins was applied. This was applied by an error or glitch in the game alone, to a player on my team who, I repeat, I did not select because I had saved it for another player I liked. It was applied during the loading screen. When I went back to preview another player's attributes, it froze, with a green FC triangle loading for about 10 seconds. When I entered game mode, it had already been applied and I had lost the coins from this evolution. I wanted to express my displeasure with what happened, since I have been an EA and FIFA user for many years. And these things, instead of making you enjoy the game, seem to do the exact opposite, due to errors that don't come from you and are outside of your control.
