Evolution bug

Hello I was in the evolutions tab looking at all the available evolutions and the game bugged out and was showing no evolutions, when I backed out of the tab and went back in again it had started the evo “rigged backbone” and took 45k coins from my account. I didn’t choose to do this and the player selected is one of the new free Brazilian cards Lima or something, he’s a left midfielder and I would never choose to select this player for that evo. When I reached out to ea help they said too bad basically and I should make a post about it. Any chance I could get my coins back? I feel like I have been scammed
