Evolution

Hello EA Support,

I evolved my 92-rated Henry card using the “Unlock the Dribble” evolution path. After that, I used him again in the “Finisher” evolution from the Premium Season objectives.

Now here’s the issue:

I tried to evolve him again using the “TOTS+ 25K” evolution. The 25,000 coins were deducted from my account, but the evolution was not applied.

Yesterday, the evolution appeared again, so I paid the 25K coins once more — but once again, the evolution did not apply, and the card doesn’t show up in my Evolutions progress.

I kindly ask you to look into this issue and help me recover the evolution or refund the coins. Thank you so much 🙏❤️
