False advertising evolution outcome - ACTION NEEDED

I saw a new evolution for my 94 Zidane. The screen shows clearly that the end result will be a Zidane who is 99 overall with 5 playstyle+

I submitted to start the evolution. This was a cost of in game coins £250,000 (an awful lot of coins)

Now after I'm doing the evolution it's now showing me a end card of 96 overall and with only 4 ps+

This is awful and not my fault - it's either an issue with the setup screen (not on me) or an issue with the end result of the evolution 

I have screenshot evidence from two sources (playstation screenshot and camera phone images) 

ACTION REQUIRED - 

You have two options due to your false advertising of the evolution outcome 

1) Refund my 250,000 coins immediately 

2) Give me the 99 Zidane with 5 playstyle+
