FC 25 Companion/Web app transfer market won't unlock

Dear EA, I have a big problem. Now that FC 25 started, I saw that I haven't got the transfer market on the Companion/Web App unlocked, even though I player FC 24. I have read the article about unloc...

    What if I was banned from the Transfer Market in EA SPORTS FC™ 24?

    Transfer Market bans won’t roll over from EAS FC 24 to EAS FC 25, but you’ll need to earn access to the Market when playing EAS FC for the first time.

    If you have a franchise ban from the EA SPORTS FC™ franchise, this will carry over to EAS FC 25 and affect your ability to access the Transfer Market.

    You would need to just earn access normally, which means continuing to play and complete matches until that's unlocked for you.

Hey @Urkeza_16,

It sounds like you've already read through this article regarding unlocking the transfer market. 

Please note that the transfer market is automatically unlocked based on your account status as well as the activity, so just playing for a few days does not guarantee access.

If your account is otherwise in good standing and you have not yet received access, you'll just need to continue playing and completing full matches until that's automatically provided.

We are unable to manually grant access or specify how many days it may take to unlock as that can vary from one account to the next.

    Well I understand that, but does the fact that I was banned in fc 24 on the transfer market something to do with it. I mean I was banned when my account got havked just so you don’t thing I did it then or that I will do it now.

        Well  I think it’s not a franchise ban because on the fc 24 web app it used to say I’m banned till the end if that years title, so I will just continue playing, thanks for your help

    I am very dissatisfied with EA.
    I have played more than 3 games every day since September 20th,
    but I still can't access the transfer market.
    The play time is reset every time.
    I played 10 games yesterday, but when I look at it again today, it looks like 0 games.
    I am very disappointed in EA for allowing such stupid bugs.

      I’m the same as you. I have kept playing yet playtime says nothing and I have had the game since early release. Got banned in the last fc24 and still can’t get in on this one even tho it said only banned for that title. Ea please fix.

    @EA_Mako I played a 300 match game, but the web and mobile transfer markets were still locked.



    Why doesn't EA solve it?
    Does ea ignore loyal customers like us?



    I spend 3,000usd every year just for buying FIFA points.
    This will be my last fc series.
    Let's never meet ea again.

      Same issue here. Playtime enabled on my PC and in the app but always showing as 0 games played when I’ve been playing almost daily. Defo a bug EAs end but well they’re more than happy to take our money but give no updates or help when it comes to bugs like this. An update would be nice please EA

    i've played for more 400 game, but the market is lock... what i do more? i've played season, squad battle, carrier, co-coop, rivals, fut champions and more.

    i play from 20/09/24 with the ultimate edition every day.

      The system behind the access to the market is not fully understood.

      Even if you comply with all the regulations, it still takes a long time for the transfer market to be unlocked.

      Sure, there is an automatic system behind it, but the rules for activation are clearly defined. When I read here how many games some people have already played, completed the Season Pass, played Champs, Rivals, Squad Battles and Rush on a massive scale and are still blocked, I can't understand why.

    hi, i have transfer market blocked. i played match 17 and i go to web, 3 months have passed, i couldn't unblog what to do?
