Fc 25 ultimate team hacked

Last night I was hacked I put my players up for sale which should have given me around 1.6 million coins to buy a new team this morning. When I looked I had 125k left and players on my sold transfer market that have never been in my team. After speaking to people they mentioned seeing fake ads online around prime packs. My 1 year old always plays with my phone and maybe she has clicked it and because I have the companion app my account is linked… please help … I have lost all motivation for the game and I was loving it… how long will the investigation take

And all I’m seeing is people getting coins back that don’t add up to the value that was taken people have grafted hrs and put there own hard earned money into the game and ea are like o well here’s half ur coins back makes me never wanna play the game agen 🙈😂😂

@gracey1993 i know what your saying and how you feel. hopefully the team get it sorted so we can continue to play with our lost in game content.

@fallondown How long did it take you to recover your coins. I have also been hacked and currently EA is reviewing my case.

Did you finally get you stuff back, i got hacked on the 9th on November and have still not got anything back and no correspondence from EA (as per usual) just "in progress". I've also had to open a second case as a follow up to my first one with it just stuck in purgatory as well.
