Fc Founder

I usted to play  on XBOX SERIES, now ill be playing on PS5, Will I lost the FC Founder status?, I know my progress in ULTIMATE TEAM  will be los but I only ask for the FC FOUNDER status

Yes, you will lose FC founder and club membership status if you switch platform.
