FC Hub seasonal points

I unlocked the rewards past level 10, three or so days ago. Yesterday around 1:45 GMT on February 11, 2025. I selected the level 10 reward Tosin Adarabioyo conference league 87-rated. I claimed him but the game gave me the other card, I understand now that it was a 1 of 2 pick and they gave me Adil. I don’t know what  I can share but maybe my attachment will help prove my honesty. So, I never got what I initially wanted, so please help me EA.
