@RadioShaqs a system that arbitrarily denies access to a key feature and then can’t even tell you why it’s denying you and what you need to do to “fix the problem” is inherently broken!!

The fact that you’re even arguing against this point says everything we need to know about you.

    Still no access. And no reply in the bugs forum. 

    I paid money, but I am not getting the benefit of my bargain.

    Playtime is also broken and not registering my matches, which is probably related to the DEFECT. 

    I need meaningful assistance and explanations. 

    THERE IS NO JUSTIFICATION FOR IGNORING ME. PLEASE HELP!
