FC Playtime is broken/Web app and Companion Transfer Market wont unlock

I've been playing every day since the first day of early access. I have completed more than 150 full matches. My transfer market was supposed to open in 2 days. The lock was not opened.

I noticed that FC Playing Time was never shown correctly.  I tried to do some research on the forum, I saw many users who encountered the same problem.

I contacted customer service but they couldn't help. They gave different answers. I play dozens of matches, FC Playtime shows 0 matches.

    Still no access. And no reply in the bugs forum. 

    I paid money, but I am not getting the benefit of my bargain.

    Playtime is also broken and not registering my matches, which is probably related to the DEFECT. 

    I need meaningful assistance and explanations. 

    THERE IS NO JUSTIFICATION FOR IGNORING ME. PLEASE HELP!

    I have the exact same problem, i played over 450 full matches and still my transfer market is locked, playtime shows 0 minutes every day, this game needs to die, let it die guys, we need another company to do the right things, i wont ever again buy an EA title, i promise that, and i keep my promises. I want what i payed for, if i payed for this game then i want the full feautures from the start. Having that market locked on the app is keeping new players behind, i cant buy players fast from a ps5 controller, i give you an example:

    I want to buy Saliba 87 Gold card because there are 2 evos avaialable for him, this card is so limited on the market that i need super fast hands to buy him when is listed by someone. I cant do that on ps5 controller but i can do it on my ipad. 

    So after all new players lose more then the transfer market, they lose players, evos, and many many more. 

    I hope 2K or whoever FIFA wants to colaborate with will do a better job than you, i hope your company will shut down as soon as possible.
