Despite so many people in the community having this issue, EA still hasn’t taken any real action to fix it and just keeps wasting our time.
As I’ve seen on multiple support desks, I purchased 1050x2 FC Points two days ago, and they still haven’t been added to my account. After reaching out to both EA and Steam separately, now you’re just blaming each other.
Honestly, I won’t hesitate to say this—you are the worst company I’ve ever dealt with.
If you can’t fix it, at least have the decency to admit, “We screwed up as always, we failed”, so we can move on. I’m seriously tired of dealing with you.
