FC POINTS MISSING

Hi, EA I bought my 2800 FC 25 points on Friday June 20th but even to this day I still have not received this. I can add my transaction history to show proof that I have bought it so please get back to me because this is getting out of hand as I have also been emailing you guys since yesterday and no response.
