FC points trasnfer

Hi all. I've been emailing EA for the last couple of days trying to get an issue sorted but to no avail. Live chat putting me in a constant loop of constantly going back to the menus. I purchased EA FC 24 points on the xbox store by mistake. I hadn't noticed that it was for last years game until after I purchased. Does anyone know any  way to transfer the points from ea fc 24 to ea fc 25?
