FC POINTS

So basically I spent $150 buying 18,500 FIFA points and as soon as I bought them I didn’t get my FC points so I bought it on Companion so I used Companion to buy these points so I brought them about 4-5 hours ago is it like a waiting problem I have to wait 24 hours I’ve tried emailing EA
