FC Ultimate Team Web App Squad Management Error

When I manage my Squads on FC Ultimate Team Web app, I get the error that the squad could not be saved and I should try again later. I reloaded the page, tried again a couple of hours later, still no luck. Error continues to popup.  

I'm on Win11 PC using Google Chrome to login to web app. All system is uptodate.
