I would like to report a significant issue that I have been facing over the past few days in FIFA 25. While playing normally and winning games, I have noticed that due to server issues, the game often disconnects me immediately after the match ends, and the results are not recorded properly. Specifically, my wins are not counted, and in addition, the game records them as losses, which has led to a drop in my rank.

This situation has negatively affected me and caused significant delays in my progress in the game, as I have lost at least 4-5 matches over the past two days due to these technical problems. In particular, I am unable to rank up and am losing the double rewards from victories x2, which I consider unfair.

I kindly ask you to review the results of the games that were not recorded properly and restore my wins, or at least provide me with the corresponding rewards I have lost due to these technical issues. It is important for me to enjoy the game without losing progress or rewards because of external factors beyond my control.

I hope you understand my frustration and take the necessary steps to resolve this issue as soon as possible.
