fifa points
i pay for fifa points in EA SPORTS FC 25 ultimate team and the fifa points never goes to my account and i afraid they will not sent it , what can i do?

I have a few questions, if that's ok:
- Where did you buy your FC Points?
- What platform do you play on?
- Could you double check that you bought FC 25 points instead of FC 24 points?
EA_QueenBeeprobably the same issue all Missing FC25 Points these guys are having and have been getting frustrated about as its been nearly a week with no fix and crazily no refunds or points added, surely they should have disabled the ability to buy more points just for people to have the same issue, I know 100% if it was the other way around and EA was losing money the bug would have been fixed within 10 minutes or at least they would have been disabled.
