Formation keeps getting changed automatically midgame without using quick tactic

I have my team setup with a specific formation. Mid-game the formation gets automatically changed without me changing it in Team Management or using the quick tactics.  Randomly getting my formation ...

I’m experiencing same issue and it’s frustrating. Might not renew my subscription as I don’t pay it to get frustrated.
