Fut Champions Objective Disconnection Issues

3 weeks ago during UTOTS there was an objective in which u had to play 13 games, during that I got disconnected 4 times and lost the objective.

After that I contacted an advisor in ea support, which said that every impacted player will be given compensation

Today, I talked with an advisor that said the impacted players got make goods from the studio while I didn t get anything

Please solve this ASAP
