FUT CHAMPIONS POINT NOT RECEIVED

I was 14-0 in champs and played the last game which is the Rank 1 game, went 4-4 till 120th minute which made us play penalties and i won penalties 5-4. After the game i was happy to get Rank 1, and  it was displayed MATCH WIN but +0 points was given and i got rank 2 rewards instead of Rank 1.

I won the match and i should be getting Rank 1 rewards but there was no points and i got Rank 2 rewards
