FUT Web App Transfermarkt Access Bug?

I’ve been playing FIFA for over 10 years now, so I’m very familiar with how the system and rules usually work. However, I’ve never experienced a situation like this before.

I would really appreciate a specific review of my account, as well as some assistance. Waiting 2.5 months for access to the FUT Web App feels extremely long, especially considering that in previous years I usually gained access within just a few weeks.

Even me internally I don't know the exact rules. We cannot manually give access to players.

I personally got access to the transfer market by simply doing 4 Draft (without quitting any matches) et completed all the foundation SBCs for 4 consecutive days. 1 Draft per day.

Maybe try that to see if it helps.

But reading your original post, when you said you have created a new account sounds a lot like you have other accounts. (hence why it might be blocking)

The playtime bug has been around for years. It’s not stopped others from opening it. They have all unlocked it eventually. 

By “rules” i meant that I have a general idea of when I usually get access to the FUT Web App on Transfermarkt.

This is a second account , i like to create a RTG account every year and play on them. However, it has never taken this long before, 2.5 months without Web App access is extremely long.

I’ve even already won two drafts on this account, but unfortunately that didn’t help much either.

I’m not looking to request manual access, i just want to understand the reason why it’s not working. Maybe there’s something I can improve to regain access.

I’ve also seen many posts from other players experiencing the same issue.

If the system can’t show me my own data correctly for years and it hasn’t been fixed, how can I know that they have the correct data of my playtime as well?

I mean, for most people it might work, but there could be individuals facing issues like mine.

Ea has looked into this and confirmed it’s working correctly before. I say others unlock it in so you know it’s possible to unlock it. Here is a post from 2 years ago and they all unlocked it eventually.

In that post, people mentioned waiting 4–5 days , i’ve been waiting 2.5 months. That’s really not comparable. You have to understand, 2.5 months is insane. The game still thinks I’m a bot? I’m in Division 1 and I’ve played like 10 Weekend Leagues already… 

That’s just the biggest one I could find. I can link one where someone had been playing for 3 months and said it wouldn’t unlock because of the game time bug. Then they all unlocked it within a few more weeks so it wasn’t because of the game time bug. 

So when ea says just keep playing you know that’s what you have to do. Try playing different modes and doing all the foundations. 

I think I figured out what the issue was. I’ve been playing on my RTG account for years, but I had forgotten the password and email linked to the EA account. So I unlinked it through support and created a new EA account. The problem was that the PSN data didn’t match the new EA account, i guess which caused the bug. After deleting the overwritten saved files on my console and resetting the data, it now correctly shows the number of games I’ve played.
