After I put my future stars evo into the season reward Season ladder excellence evo, the icon chemistry on the card was removed.

Future star icon chemistry boost works based on card type i.e. Rarity. When you put future star icon card into season ladder excellence evo, card rarity changes. Hence, there is a change chemistry.
