I selected an unwanted playstyle (whipped pass) evo because of inappropriate Chinese translation. Is it possible to replace the unwanted playstyle with press proven?

Try using web app or companion.
Is it possible to contact EA support and let them change the item?
They are less than helpful at support offering a generic "working on a fix, we have your back" response, even when asked "what if the evo has been picked" or "what if the evo has been activated" same response of "working on a fix we got you"
