Future stars academy

Hi ladies and gentlemen I would like to know why I can't do my 3rd stage evolution I did not apply any of the non future stars evolution to my academy player but I can't do my 3rd stage evolution I did all the evolutions in-between but I am not able to do the last evolution is it a glitch in the game ?
