game crashes when connecting to online ea servers

• fc25 on my pc crashes with my account when connecting to ea servers. 
• fc25 works perfect on my pc with a friends account and connect to ea servers with no issues.
• fc25 crashes on other friends pc when they use my account.
• fc25 works for my friends on their pc's with their accounts.

this is not a hardware/network issue after performing all these tests... my account is cursed ☹️ 

Im a pro member... plz help me not a single chat with agent resolves my problem...
