Gameplay out of sync one sided gameplay since update

Don't worry, you're not the only one. The game has become completely unplayable on Xbox Series S now. The gameplay is out of sync. Opponents teams players zoom straight towards you, not sprint, zoom. If the opponent perfoms a skill move, you're unable to perform a tackle it physically moves your player out the way. If you pass a ball up field to players feet and they have a player closing you down, it stops you from turning, blocking, pass the ball etc, they just tackle you from behind which doesn't result in a foul. The game won't allow you to sprint if you're through on goal untill their player catches up, no matter how far in front you are. You somehow manage to score a goal...the game has already kicked off again whilst you are still on the replay screen. I managed to get in touch with an actually CS person and guess what there advice was?.....post on the forum so mods can see 😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂. They know the game is broken on Xbox Series S but won't do anything to fix it. Why would they, it's only a small part of the user base. 

Yeah spot on everything you said is true it’s beyond torture. It’s like the game doesn’t allow you to play out from the back, soon as you win a tackle opponents zoom in from all angles you can’t pass it away because your player freezes or stumbles given the opponent time to win it back it’s ridiculous. Even if you manage to clear it out there players will win the header continuing the pressure on you. I can be defending flawlessly winning the tackle beautifully but then the player fumbles or passes it back to the opponent again to continue to attack it’s draining man. I can’t be assed winning tackle after tackle to not get rewarded by playing out and then starting my own attack, the game will keep giving the opponent the ball back in any way possible till they score it’s so rigged man. The passing system is broken to bits am convinced your players passes lock onto opponents more than your own players it’s weird. You can be 5 yards away and it will still pass it to the wrong player, it’s either in game manipulation or the passing system is broken something is definitely not right with the passing. Everything in the game is broken even the refs and offsides are dodgey the amount of offside calls what wasn’t offside. I was through on goal without receiving a pass and it got called offside the games an embarrassment. Take into account all the glaring issues with the game, the menus freezing consistently, the gameplay issues all year, lack of communication to the consumer base, it’s an absolute disgrace they charged us ££££ for this unplayable AI controlled corrupted game. 
I think this year is the last straw for a lot of players they’ve had enough and tired of this sh.. 

You are not alone. There is something seriously wrong with the game. I went from 8-2 with good gameplay to 8-7 with players slowing down. Still I can sense that I am playing with manual defending with Opponents completely AI controlled. All they have to do is switch players, everything else is served on plate by AI. 

You want to know what's absolutely insane, delete the game of your console completely. Reinstall it and load into a game it works perfectly for however long you play for. As soon as you power down the console and load it up the next day, the game will be back to exactly as it was before. Make of that what you will, but it's not the servers

It's out of sync gameplay, that's why it's one sided. On Xbox series X when I reinstall the game and restart it it will say syncing data at the start. It also does this if I switch from wired to wireless or to a mobile hotspot " This isn't supposed to happen so I think EA somehow decide the connection when the game starts up..

It's syncing data from the cloud but  it's not working correctly.

The AI doesn't even work so that confirms it's out of sync gameplay.

EA won't believe it as they think it's an excuse for losing and won't even look into it.

Me on pc, it`s just unplayable, like my opponent does everything at least ONE WHOLE second faster. And don`t even bother me anyone with any advices like check you settings etc. Everything checked super carefully long time ago. Btw recently I saw Anders struggling on LAN (!!!), Im` not joking - you can find that video on youtube if you try, it`s lan competition in Germany, he plays in final for red bull ofc against other german team, umut is sitting behind him. So tight before game Anders is looking depressed and saying "I will lose", and soon after game stars he says emotionally " I have bad delay!" . So imagine he feels delay playing on LAN! It`s just insane!  

One sided delay would be on your end. If it’s server or game related both players will have delay. Ea has explained this before. Its nice when ea is transparent and explains why things happen they should do more of that as it lets everyone know what’s going on. 

It’s easy to test though. Turn on the online input overlay. If you have delay the two controllers will be out of sync on the screen. 

More times than not people find out they don’t have one sided delay although a few do. 

Even if it is our end, it's not really but as EAFC/ FIFA are the only games that sync data differently depending on what connection you use.

The input overlay won't make a difference if the game is loaded up out of sync with server.

If EA would listen to what I'm saying that's it's something to do with cloud saves and syncing data the game would be fixed.

Could it be some sorta lag compensation system they use I don't know, maybe it's something else but it's for EA to find out. All I can say is if I switch from my wired connection to a mobile hotspot when starting the game up again it syncs data. " I had 20 other games on my Xbox no other games do this".
