Games keep crushing on squad battles mode

Dear technician team,

I would like to update you that, the game has crushed for 2 times this week and as yoı can imagine I have 0 points from these games. Can you please reset related games a compensation for me?

    I had the same problem last week and week before that , it’s usually on the last game it crashes for me.. would appreciate some help from an advisor..

    I know it won’t be possible to get rewards retroactive but I would at least want some help to prevent this from happening in the future thank you.
