Let's examine the 3 issues you mention one by one:
1. Controller?
He said "Tested using Wired Xbox Series Controlled or Bluetooth. .. The game has a ~100ms delay for registering any controller input.
2. Steam bug? Steam has nothing to do with forwarding controller input to the Game engine.. correct me (with technical reference) if you think otherwise.
3. PC setup? This is the most funny one. The guy has arguably one of the best systems to run the game. Take a look at his gear again.. Still, if you want to enlighten us, please do but with technically sound reasoning.

How many reports would it take for you to acknowledge? Right now a quick search "input delay" in FC25 forums reveals 70 threads. Want me to list each of them? Or maybe you just don't want to accept the fact.
If the game has inherently coded randomly induced latency (which they never revealed to the end user) then God knows what manipulation they do on the servers.. But what amazes me is that you keep trying to deflect it to the "user end" (your internet is bad, your controller is bad... your setup is the problem) while completely turning a blind eye to the facts reported here by players repeatedly.. That actually puts a genuine question mark on your affiliation.. What side are you on?
@GenxAEI am not deflecting when sa had a server problem I literally linked it so everyone posted in the large thread. I didn’t see anyone else admit the servers were broken or link it. What other thread has said there is delay like he said? I have even acknowledged that pc has found delay in controllers and steam and hardware again that’s not what op is talking about.
Not a lot have server delay. You can’t find but a few examples on the forum. Look at this thread no examples just deflection and excuses.
Tested out the game at a friend today and boy there are some huge delays in this game, the Ea servers are a pure joke, i noticed that in 24 but that this company still cant get it right 25 says a whole lot about Ea as a company, imagine the amount of buy in game this company pumps put every week to scam their costumers at their last drop of money it is really amazing.
The menus are so slow, they freeze from now to then, the gameplay is complete trash to be honest, the delay is heavy in game, thnk god I didnt bought this game, the funniest part of all this is the only company out there with this kind of problems, every game works like a clock until you start up a Ea game ha ha unbeliveble....
@AjaxAmsterdaaaamIts not if there is an heavy delay in this game, the delay is there, theres no chance what so ever a 1000/1000 optic fibre wire is this bad in Ea and so da*n fantastic in every other game...

Guys all of the "Champions" guys is working for Ea, there is no way these guys is spending all this time defending a company like this for free and with their time, think about it that makes no sense at all, absolute zero sense.
But i dont mind if they are working at Ea or not but this may be the only "help forum" where no one actually helping you, what this guys are here for is to deny exactly everything and blame you as a costumer instead.
Name one other company that dont help their costumers ? Ill wait, there is not a single one, just Ea.... iam a huge Fps player and if I log into the companys help forums they actually helping their players, it can take some time but its usually takes these company max 24 h and you got the help that you need and the answears you need, and not once in my gaming history had i logged into a help forum and get blamed for exactly everything like Ea "help" forum it makes no sense at all to have these "Champions* employes just to deny everything.
Amazon servers are totally trash
The game is not a finnished product
The gameplay is overfilled with heavy delay
The menus freezing and you need to start the game over agan

Their buy in game is always working and these guys have all the time in the world to put out useless packs after packs after packs, consume consume consume but whatever you do dont ask anything about the game....
Yeah their ratings on sites is pure terrible, becouse this game and the whole idea of this game is bad, just really bad.

You need to stop playing dumb and answer the real questions:
1) How does Steam affect the Controller input as you claimed in your previous post? (answer with proper technical reference)
2) If the game has "inherent random latency" on controller input, how will good internet (or perfect internet which doesn't exist) will still be able to provide better result?
@GenxAEYes the pc and controller issues are real as ea has addressed those even patched them. While others say the patch still didn’t work those are different issues. This is part of the problem lumping all delay into one thread.
Again also the problem with the same people jumping in an out of different threads as things get missed. I’ve literally linked those issues in other thread. So yeah they do exist but there is a difference not all delay is the same and why ea asks for examples. They even fix the things when they get examples imagine that.
Also the pc guys give great feedback and ea interact with them. I have actually commended the way they detail things and how ea interacts with them. That’s how you get things fixed. Honestly the pc community does an amazing job on here.

Don't reframe the issue by saying "oh, these are only a few people" ... Did you completely missed the examples i linked? Did you even bother to go visit every one of them?

Coming back to the point... Got answers for my 2 questions that I have repeatedly asked?
Genuine question, how comes my gameplay (even against ai in SB's) is more responsive, with less input delay if I play late at night versus during the day.
That would certainly point towards the reason being server traffic and not some in built delay in the coding.
I play on console by the way so no steam overlay stuff to mention in my case.
