I still have not received any of this years club member rewards (Hey Jude evo, Free Zidane for TOTY or the Zidane evo). I pre-ordered the ultimate edition of FC25 through the EA app on PC and have been playing since early release. This is incredibly frustrating. Please fix this!!

If you have packs saved up you may have too many. Open some up and new ones should load in.
UPDATE:
After spending 2 hours on EA support chat with two different chat agents, I was told that supposedly EA knows about this problem (players that should qualify for Club Membership still don't receive the rewards/benefits) and that they are "working on it as we speak."
If EA knows there is a problem, where is the communication and where is the compensation to make good for this major failure. Even if we do get rewards they wont be relevant any more, if we even get them before FC25 ends. One chat agent even told me that they have the ability to grant compensation to players facing issues but he refused to do so in my case because EA is working on this problem already.
What is the point of chat support if all they do is refuse to help you and tell you all you can do is post in the forums and "wait." How is this acceptable EA!? I would love to speak with someone that actually works with EA about this.

I’m not just missing the evo though. I haven’t gotten the zidane card or the Jude evo either. Nothing all year and it’s been over two months since the Jude evo was released
