Heavy and unresponsive gameplay in eafc ultimate team

The gameplay in eafc ultimate team is so inconsistent it will be fine for a while but then it’ll revert to bad gameplay every mechanic in the game just feels heavy unresponsive and out of sync it’s almost impossible to win like this because your opponent is able to just glide right past you. What causes this? I used the ea isp connection tool and I got a great score and I use a wired Ethernet connection so I don’t see how it can be a connection issue on my end. This usually falls on deaf ears but I need a fix . I’m also on ps5
