HELP. Mistakenly submitted main team players in SBC On companion app.

I was doing campaign mix sbc on the companion app. For some reason when using squad builder I was not seeing the rating bar which u can adjust and select the rating of players you want to add into the squad, so I just built a squad and was manually removing the players that were in my main team. While I managed to remove and replace a couple players, I mistakenly touched the bottom right of my screen and it submitted my squad. I've tried contacting ea support and was advised to open a thread here. I've been playing this game since September or so, and I feel genuinely depressed that this has happened. I don't know what to do. I've never had good luck in past fc or fifa titles, and would always quit the game because I never was able to make a good team. This is the first fifa title in which I've been able to have a somewhat good team. Please help me out I beg you. I still haven't opened the reward i got from the SBC. Please reverse it i beg you. This was a mistake
