Help Request – POTM Mbappé SBC Issue

Hello,

I need EA's assistance with an issue regarding the POTM Mbappe SBC. I had already submitted all the previous squads, and when I reached the final squad, everything was correctly placed and fully loaded. However, after pressing the Submit button, the submission did not go through, and I did not receive the player.

I have a screenshots proving that the last squad was already filled and ready to be submitted. I kindly ask EA to look into this and provide a solution, as I believe it should be visible on their end that everything was properly set up.

It can take the last squad from my club in exchange for granting me the Mbappé card, as I was fully prepared to submit it.

I would appreciate any help in resolving this issue.
