How is that helpful or a solution? 

Many people made this mistake by now and ea has not offered any help yet... How many tickets do we need to open to get this addressed?

    I’ve got sympathy for most things usually but not this. There is a graphic explaining it when you log in. Pretty obvious how to proceed.
