Hi EA Support,

I bought a player from the FUT transfer market. The coins were taken from my account, but I never received the player. He is not in my club, not in transfer targets, not in the unassigned section, and not in transfer list.

I have already followed all your suggested steps multiple times (including searching club, checking targets, re-logging, etc.) and the player is simply missing.

This happened in the last 24–48 hours. Please investigate and either recover the player or refund my coins.

the player name is weir 

i bought him at the 8 june 2025 in 22:00-23:00

i bought him for 20,500 coins and this was the amout of coins that gone 

im sorry but if i can get the player i would be happy because of the bots in the transfer market it took like 1 hour to buy him.
