How do we actually get things done in here?

Answers HQ used to be quite informative and helpful, now since it has been merged with the chat forum, very little seems to be heard.

I'm not talking about this and that doesn't work, all the usual gripes. People come on here with genuine issues relating to gameplay (mostly) yet you rarely see any response let along something being done, or "passed on."  There are lots of bugs and glitches being reported, but there is very little evidence of anything being taken notice of.

How do we even report something that is genuinely wrong within the game? 

For your info, I'm not one of your schoolkids moaning about stuff, I am a retired old geezer, who likes to play this game. It's a shame there is so much wrong with it, and no-one to tell.
