How long do soft bans last?

Question

I believe i’ve been soft banned as every time I finish a game it’s says i’ve been disconnected, most likely due to too many game been played (as I done the Dreamchasers golden goal) and that was at 11pm last night, since then i’ve tried 11am then following day and now 5pm and it’s still happening… any advice is highly appreciated.

I've been told you have to wait at least 24h. But every time you try resets it back to 24 h.&nbsp;
